Grant of Rights

In consideration of participation in the above-described photography session and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Model hereby grants to Western Montana Photos and its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from any photographs, images, videos, or other media in which the Model appears ("Images"), captured during the session described above, for the following purposes:

• Editorial and portfolio use
• Website and social media (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest)
• Print and digital marketing materials, advertisements, and promotions
• Commercial use, including product promotion and advertising campaigns
• Licensing to third parties for any of the above purposes

Compensation

Representations and Warranties

The Model represents and warrants that:

1. The Model is at least 18 years of age, or if a minor, that the parent or legal guardian signing below has full authority to grant the rights described herein.
2. The Model has the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.
3. The Model has not been promised anything beyond what is stated in this Agreement.
4. The Model releases Western Montana Photos from any claims arising from the use of the Images as described above, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

Limitation of Liability

The Model agrees that Western Montana Photos shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Images in accordance with this Agreement. The Model waives any right to inspect or approve the finished Images or the use to which they may be applied.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montana.
