1. Scope of Services

Western Montana Photos offers photography products including prints, digital downloads, and related merchandise depicting landscapes, wildlife, and scenes from Western Montana. All products are subject to availability.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All photographs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Western Montana Photos and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Purchasing a print or digital download grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any image without our prior written consent. Commercial licensing is available — please contact us for inquiries.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from U.S.-based facilities. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Western Montana Photos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Because prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Digital Downloads

Digital files are provided for personal use only. Files may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license agreement. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from incompatible software or hardware on your end.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Western Montana Photos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Governing Law
